Andres is an M&A professional with 10+ years in finance and advisory in public accounting. He led M&A advisory engagements at KPMG in San Francisco and restructuring and turnaround engagements in Deloitte's financial advisory practice, advising private equity firms, corporate development teams and business owners on transactions with a combined enterprise value of over $11 billion.

Lucas Bayati

Founder, Chief Technology Officer

Lucas Bayati is Founder and CTO of Dundas. He has spent more than a decade turning AI into measurable business results, including six years in financial services at Aviva and Intact, two of Canada’s largest insurers. He built quantitative pricing and risk models, and AI systems that automate document-heavy workflows. He holds a PhD focused on applied AI.
